Finance → Reports gives you the financial vitals of your services business — what you're owed, what you're earning, and what's waiting to be billed.

Accounts Receivable aging#
The AR aging report shows open balances bucketed by how overdue they are — current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, and 90+ days — with a row per company. It's your collections worklist: who owes you, and how late.
Revenue by month#
Revenue by month plots the last 12 months of invoiced versus collected amounts, so you can see billing and cash trends side by side. Click a month to drill into its invoices.
Revenue by company#
Revenue by company ranks your top clients by revenue over the trailing 12 months — a quick read on where your income concentrates.
Recurring revenue by agreement type#
A monthly recurring revenue view across your active agreements, grouped by agreement type. Drill in to the agreements behind any figure.
Work in progress#
The WIP report shows approved-but-unbilled work per company — the hours, the unbilled value, and the number of entries waiting to be invoiced. It's the report that answers "how much billable work is sitting uninvoiced right now?"
Read together, these reports close the loop: WIP shows what you can bill, Revenue shows what you did bill and collect, AR aging shows what's outstanding, and Recurring revenue shows your predictable base. Pair them with Agreement vs. Reality to catch under-billing before it becomes lost revenue.
