AspirePro vs Scoro

Quote-to-cash, or the whole client relationship

Scoro runs quotes, projects, resources and invoicing well, priced by the combination of apps you pick. AspirePro covers the same flow and keeps the support desk, the documentation, the relationship and the people in the same place.

Scoro's pricing page lets you assemble a plan from apps — Estimate, Deliver, Track, Resource, Spend, Invoice — from $17 to $57 per user per month with a five-user minimum. It is a serious quote-to-cash tool. AspirePro's difference is scope on the client side: a service desk with SLAs, Pro Cards for documentation, lifecycle check-ins, a health score, HR and recruiting, and a portal — with no minimum seats and a lower per-seat price.

The short version

Which one fits

Choose AspirePro if…

You want support, documentation, the relationship and the people on the same client record as quotes and invoices; you are a small team that shouldn't pay for five seats; you want a trial without a card.

Choose Scoro if…

You want a mature quote-to-cash flow with purchase orders and multi-currency financials, and you are happy to assemble your own app combination with a five-user minimum.

What you get here that you don't there

Tickets, SLAs and surveys inside the PSA

The client

Documentation, lifecycle, health

Pro Cards, lifecycle check-ins with attestation, and a health score with a notification on a drop — none of which is a Scoro app.

Buying it

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is AspirePro a Scoro alternative?
For quotes, projects, resources, time and invoicing, yes. AspirePro adds a service desk, client documentation, lifecycle and health, HR and a default-deny client portal, and has no minimum seat count.
Does AspirePro do purchase orders?
Yes — simple purchase orders from the catalogue with receiving, a stock ledger, drop-ship, delivery to clients (serialized units become Pro Cards) and vendor RMAs.
Which is cheaper for a team of three?
AspirePro bills the three seats. Scoro's five-user minimum means paying for five.
