Two PSAs that both believe in one client record
Accelo is the closest thing to AspirePro in shape — sales, projects, tickets, retainers and billing in one product. The differences are in what sits around the record and how you buy it.
Accelo has been selling an all-in-one PSA to consulting, accounting and IT firms for years, and its shape — sales, projects, tickets, retainers, billing — is the same shape AspirePro has. If you are choosing between the two, the questions are about the edges: whether you want client documentation, lifecycle check-ins and a health score inside the PSA, whether HR belongs there too, and whether you want a per-seat price you can see before you talk to anyone.
Which one fits
Choose AspirePro if…
You want client documentation (Pro Cards), lifecycle check-ins and a client health score inside the PSA; HR and recruiting on the same people; a portal that is default-deny per contact; an MCP server for your own AI clients; and a published per-seat price with a card-free trial.
Choose Accelo if…
You want a longer-established vendor with a large integration list (HubSpot, Salesforce, HiBob, BambooHR, Sage Intacct, Jira) and a sales-assisted rollout, and you are comfortable with pricing by quote.

What you get here that you don't there
The client's configuration beside the ticket
Pro Cards are typed record cards you design — hosting, credentials inventory, equipment — attached to the company and linked to tickets. Accelo tracks the work; it doesn't keep the facts about the client's setup.
Check-ins on a cadence, and a health score
Lifecycle templates schedule the QBRs and check-ins you promised, with attestation. Client health scores every account from six real signals and notifies the owner on a drop. Accelo's retainer tracking is about the contract.
A price on the page, a trial without a card
AspirePro is per seat with two published tiers and every module a switch. Accelo asks you to talk to sales for a quote.
What each one costs
AspirePro
$7.99 per seat per month on Starter (projects, planners, tickets) and $14.99 on Professional (the full platform); two months free on annual billing. Client-portal users are free, every module is a switch, and the trial needs no card.
Accelo
Accelo does not publish prices; its pricing page asks for a custom quote based on team size and goals (checked September 20, 2026).
