HR → Reports turns your employee data into the analytics leaders ask for — how the team is growing, who's leaving, how pay is distributed, and what your time-off obligation is.

Headcount and turnover#
- Headcount over time, derived from hire and termination dates, over a window you choose.
- Turnover — a rolling 12-month rate (leavers ÷ average headcount), the health metric for retention.
Team shape#
- Tenure bands — how long people have been with you, grouped.
- Employment mix — employees vs. contractors and other types.
- Headcount by department — where your people sit.
Time-off liability#
The exact outstanding time-off liability in days, broken down by type — the same obligation shown on the time-off page, presented for reporting and finance.
Pay bands#
Pay bands by department — the minimum, median, and maximum pay, with hourly and salaried separated and a count of anyone missing compensation data. Because pay is sensitive, this report is gated by the compensation-view permission, so only people allowed to see pay can see the bands.
HR reports are built from the same effective-dated employment and compensation records you maintain on each profile — so keeping those records current (a logged promotion, a termination date) keeps headcount, turnover, tenure, and pay bands all correct without any separate reporting work.
