AspirePro integrations come in two tiers, and knowing which is which tells you where to set it up:
- Organization connections — an administrator connects them once for the whole organization, under System → Integrations: HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Xero, Git (GitHub/Gitea), Notetaker (Attendee) (the meeting recorder), and, when Forms is on, WordPress (the sites whose form entries become contacts). Admins also govern availability of the personal integrations here — switching one off pauses it for everyone without touching anyone's data.
- Personal connections — each person connects their own accounts, under Account settings → Integrations: email, calendar, and AI notetakers (Fireflies, Fathom, Read.ai, custom webhook).

Every integration follows the same house rules: connect with a sign-in or key you can withdraw, keep in step with safeguards (nothing quietly overwritten, nothing quietly lost), and disconnecting never deletes what was already brought into AspirePro. For Stripe, QuickBooks and Xero, Finance → Sync shows what's copied each way, what's waiting and what needs a decision.
